X-FILES movie, opening weekend (a Saturday or Sunday matinee, perhaps)? Who wants to go with me? Don't force me to go all by myself. I will actually not even seek to review the film, in preference to paying way too much to see it in theaters. Ah, fandom, ain't it swell?
I miss Julia. We'd have gone midnight Thursday the 24th/25th. (maybe; she was a fangirl, but she never did see the show's decline.) On the other hand, if folks want to do that, I'd also be down with it - though it'd be an event, with dinner eaten in line, booze sequestered in Big Gulp cups, geekery, etc. Yeah, it does sound fun, doesn't it? And it could be a dry run to prepare for the idiotic madness of Abram's STAR TREK...
