Make that three, and there's a snowball fight going on right now.

So, I guess today was the first "real" day of class. I was right about Kine 205 being a Health class. The teacher was late and then proceeded to start out taking roll in a class with 100+ students. It took her over twenty minutes. She then spent the next half-hour describing herself and why she was qualified to teach the class. This being a fifty minute class, she ran out of time to show us the syllabus, which was rather the whole point of her opening day lecture. Two unit GEs are such a nuisance.

Note taking on my laptop (which I have dubbed "Bentley") is awesome. It's so nice to just hit enter a few times and format my notes in a way that makes sense to me when the teachers decide to jump around off topic (whether the off topic topic is informational or not).  History 500 is wonderful and if I can actually finish the two book reports without having a panic attack and giving up I can see myself taking this teacher again whenever possible.

History 394 isn't quite so pleasant, but I can't drop it because it's part of the required course  series (394, 494, 594) for history majors.  That class is going to seriously test my paper writing (dis)abilities (three five page papers in ten weeks) but if I fail it I can't try again until next year.  Thankfully the assignments are in the syllabus so if I can finish the books early I can write early and have it edited by the teacher before the actual assignment is due.  Wish me luck.

Just Aikido tomorrow, and I need to actually do the journal for that class as well this quarter.
