Not updated for a while. Thought I'd give it a go, to bridge the gap in recorded life since my last entry. In some ways life has been changing and developing in many ways, but in some respects has stayed exactly the same. My new job at Kings High School as a technician, for example, is quite a massive change. It's an interesting job with plenty of ( Read more... )

Well, looking at it as you are going into the dirt and cesspit, as in your going under what you would normally do to actually find a friend wont be helping, everyones on the same level out there, just not on the same level of intelligence or on a hobby level, but the good ones are there, its just very hard to find as I believe that they have been burned to many times by others to actually put themselfs out there for a friend.

I wouldnt say I have many friends myself, but id rather be one that has one or two than a bunch of people I just know, but yes even thats hard to find..

Sorry to hear your friends are "unavailable"

Sorry, ignore the last three words...

I've just seen that you're only 20. I had you down as mid-30s. Bloody 'ell lad. You're just worrying too much. Make contacts at work and if you go to Uni next year, just relax and don't stress about things.

I believe the young people these days say "chill". You're a generation or two out of your depth. Are your parents older than other kids of your age group?

It's my age I worry about. And the fact I feel I can not relate to my generation whatsoever... They're more out for themselves and finding something in common to talk about means talking trash, or out your ass - or both if you're really "cool ( ... )
