"Vacation" Trip
On Friday I'm off to visit Mom in Florida for her birthday. Six days in Pensacola with her in her new 55-and-older apartment (she'll be 58 next week).
It's good to go visit now as Mom and I haven't seen each other in a year now. But it's gonna be tight quarters and probably 100% (ie, no self-pleasuring) celibacy. The things we do for family. *sigh*
Actually, it's going to be quite "difficult" for me before I leave Friday as well because of work requirements this week. Perhaps I should take the pure monastic approach to the next 10 days, hmmm? So it's not that I'm being *forced* into total celibacy but that I'm making the *choice* to do it. Yeah that's the ticket... :-)
UPDATE : Mom has a guest room in her apt! No 100% forced celibacy! Yayyyyy!! :-)
