I Could Really Use a Nap
Wow, I'm original.
Nothing really new on this end of the earth- I'm knitting a blanket for my future godson---- (only two more weeks left!). It's not as hard as I thought it would be- my first time with a circular needle, so I'm doing my best.
Training's going well- lots of stuff to learn and not a lot of time to learn it. Couple that with the fact that I'm doing my best to get to know people at work and Quarters and everywhere else, and you can see the situation I am in... tragic, no? ;)
The application process for ODU is a little stalled. And honestly, I'm not sure I even want to go there. But it makes my parents feel better about life, so I apply anyway. And I can see their point. It's cheaper and closer to home. But still. Norfolk? ew. I SO do not want to be in the city.
I'm getting really happy about the prospect of coming to LC again. I've missed you guys so much; the Jester cannot be the Jester without the Sacrificial Freshpeople and Lord of the Strings.
Speaking of which, I expect introductions to all the new peeps!
Have to go- lunch break is almost over and I should probably actually eat.
