wow..
Here I am, actually posting in my LJ.. lol
It's been a few months, but I'm ok.. I'm sooo tired.. Still in San Diego, well, La Mesa, actually.. I am commuting into San Diego for my two jobs until I find one closer to here.. HERE, happens to be a friend's house, someone from BF had a room open up, so I am out of the hell hole I was in.. LOL
Two bedrooms, one bath.. 11 people.. Above a gay club/latino club in the middle of North Park.. That is where I moved FROM.. I lived there for almost 4 months. In those 4 months, I got 2 jobs, a day job working at a new age book store and gift shop.. the other working 3rds at a gas station down the street..
Within one month of getting the night job, I got my first stalker type person.. we call him "flappy", cause he has a stunted arm that flaps when he gets upset.. He's a homeless guy the is totally out of his mind and thought I was "too cute to pick up trash".. I finally had to get managment involved and he hasn't been back since, but a coworker told me she had seen him yelling at the other gas station across the way..
Just last week I was robbed for the first time while on the job. A guy came in about 2:55am and said, "I'm only going to say this once.. I have a gun, it's pointed at you, now give me all your money.." soooo.. yeah, I gave him all the cash in my register.. all $59 of it.. *chuckles* He left right after, no one was hurt and management was happy to have only lost $59.. lol I recieved a silver pin for, "serving above and beyond the call of duty".. and 3,000 points.. BP has a point reward system. You get to exchange your points for stuff out of a catalog.. I think i would perfer a raise, thankyouverymuch!
oy.. so yeah.. that is a little of what has been going on for me.. Now that I have internet access, I maybe able to post more here.. I haven't even BEGUN to read anyone elses journals.. but please know that I miss you all.. Annie and Kris, you two have been on my mind lots as of late.. much love and light y'alls way..
