Went to NJ to visit my buddy Tony and we saw Lynch Mob and MSG at the Starland Ballroom.
Eddie Trunk was there, and introduced both! Saw him bobbing his head during MSG, too.
The place was pretty nice, decently big, clean. Saw a few mullets. Obviously an older crowd. A LOT of people were there, way more than I thought. The crowd thinned out a bit after Lynch went off. WTF? Lynch's set was way too short :( oh well.
This chick in front of me was getting a little friendly during Lynch's set. It started when they said they were going to play a new song, I shouted out 'NO DON'T!' or something similar. The girl leaned back with an incredulous smile asking 'why not'? and I replied 'Cause it will prolly suck.' Halfway thru the new song she looked back and nodded her head in agreement. Lawlz. She touched my bum a couple times after that as well. It seemed on purpose. She bounced out after Lynch's set (saw her in the autograph line).
Lynch and Co sounded great, MSG sounded great minus the singer was kinda muddy :/
