Hooray for White Collar, and I definitly agree with you about Castle and The Mentalist.
Glad your kitties are doing okay. (LOL! I was going to make a comment about them keeping out of the cold when I remembered you are not HERE where it is cold. Duh.)
I have several new friends who are all on Facebook, ang I've been debating joining up. Partially to keep in touch, partially for all these games they keep talking about. But I KNOW I will get hooked on the games and there will go ANY of my free time. I already am hours behind on my DVR, I don't need another time sink. And yet they sound fun.... LOL
Sorry I haven't responded to your question about Vancouver. I was waiting until after the holidays to think about it further.
I still don't really know. I always said I'd go to a Creation con if Joe and David would both be there--but they're on different days! Since I have no interest in the set tours, there hardly seems to be a reason to make the expensive and time-consuming trip clear up to Vancouver for this con.
I've even been thinking about going up to see more of the city. I know you were interested in some vacation time there. But, I'll be honest, I think I've seen enough of the area. I seriously can't think of another thing I'm interested in seeing there. Huh, I think I may just have talked myself out of it.
I know winter_elf (my roomie at LAX) was VERY interested in going, and she would possibly stay after to do some sightseeing. She's a good roomie, if you were interested in company.
wtf? Joe and David are on different days? That's a terrible plan! Those two got along, didn't they? I see where they are offering pics with Joe and Michael. That really should be Joe and David. Is this the first Creation where they've had both Joe and David?
You are right on on many of your points. I want to go, but I shouldn't spend the money. I don't care about set visits with SGU. Perhaps I'll get to see MS at LA again, and if I'm lucky Joe and David, too. I really should tell Bonnie 'no.' I'll think about for another couple of days, but I'll probably say no.
Vancouver is a lovely place simply to enjoy. Maybe some other day....
Thanks for getting back to me. It's like talking to my 'adult' side. *g*
