David Tennant
What? Two posts in one day? What's the world coming to? :)
Well, as I write, David is about halfway through his second-last performance of Richard II (a matinee). In a few more hours it will be all over. It must be exhausting and I'm sure he'd really be wanting to relax with his family a bit and get all of those thousands of words he's memorised out of his head! :) Instead, he'll be getting on a plane and heading off to Canada to start filming Gracepoint. Whew!
I'm sure the first thing he'll do is get the hair extensions removed. I actually feel a little bit sad that they'll be going. I loved the plait! However, I don't think that hairstyle would be very suitable for the role of Detective Emmett Carver!
I'm sure it would be difficult leaving his family for such a long time. I hope they can visit him while he's over there. He'll be missing out on a lot of important aspects of his children's lives. Babies aren't babies for long. I'm a grandmother to a six month old boy, and it is the most amazing thing to watch them reach new milestones. I'd hate David to miss out on baby Wilfred's first steps, which would most likely happen during those next few months.
