Today was day one of Bess' LA adventure. I dropped Dori off a the airport without incident. So I proved I can manage the highways okay. Later I walked to go check out Knott's Berry Farm, but it turned out to be 53 bucks (plus I didn't want to walk home in the dark after spending the hours to make it worth it). It turned into a long walk for shampoo. I was walking along a road that used by pedestrians much so I stood out a little. Heading back I got wolf-whistled at. I tried to do the "i'm ignoring you" thing but I had to struggle not to laugh cause I couldn't think if I have ever actually been whistled at. Bibi can attest to the fact that we got "hey HEEEEEEY HEEEEEEEY!"ed at once in Orlando, but the fine art of the wolf-whistle seems to be lost.
