What a week.
Wednesday I went up to NYC with the family to see Spamalot. I've seen a lot of broadway plays, but none of them compare to Spamalot. It was hilarious and really well done.
So last night was our Photo/Art Gallery. It went extremely well, everyone really liked the work and we raised over $600. BIG thatnks to Taz for helping us set up, donating so much of her own work, helping us with ideas and just being really awesome and supporting us. Another BIG thanks to Merv (withOUT the "e")Jones and the Halfnotes, you guys were awesome! Thanks for taking the time to help us out, it meant a lot. We'll do something special for you guys that helped out, I dunno what it is yet, but you did so much to help us that it isn't going unnoticed :)
Today I had my interview with Marge from the Abington Art Center. She was really nice and said that she "felt a connection" with me and she couldn't let me go so she gave me the "job". I'm so nervous that I'll just run out of creativity or something...It sounds pretty intense. But fun. They have a photo lab there so maybe I could work in there a lot. I might need the occasional creativity lift...so maybe Taz can help me out there too ;)
Tomorrow is Pratt visit. Wake up at 6. I really have not gotten sleep at all this week...
Oh and AP eng. theme due monday? Way to give us time to write it...
