MY LAPTOP!
It's died! *sobs*
So anyway! I am now on a very old machine that I've owned then passed on to my sister which she is now kindly lending me. I've had to rebuild it, put on windows xp, office and all the other crap we take for granted and finally, finally I've managed an internet connection.
My laptop is like most peoples mobile phone I can not live without it. I think I've picked up some nasty virus somewhere *rents air* who knows where! even running the most up to date Virus software going there's still a chance of it.
All my bookmarks! My Fic! sublimatedangel you currently hold the only proper copy of my work to date please can you make sure you keep hold of it.
I'm hoping that the nice men at the repair shop can sort it out tomorrow but today I feel bereft.
My dissertation! I'm hoping the spread has not reached my external backup hard drive cos if it has I'm up poop creek with out even a spoon! This machine has only the most basic Virus software on it so I can't check at the moment.:~(
