We finally finished watching Winter Sonata tonight...it took so long, and I knew we should have studied beforehand, but oh well... I can't believe how dumb the characters were at the end though...it really messed up what could have been a good story, but they just kept telling each other all the wrong things...*sigh

You know that Luna had the best facial expressions out of everyone in the series so far ^-^ So cute though. Way more so than the anime one.
As for the Moon Healing Escalation thing, I gave it a bit of thought, and it sort of makes sense to have it on that one because the enemy was Naru's mom... I mean, Moon Tiara Action always seemed like it should just be fatal to everything it touched... and pretty much was. Though I dunno, that sort of thing was really inconsistent in the original. I think it'll be good if they can switch her attacks up a bit so that each episode doesn't end in almost exactly the same way. I think there were 2 major flaws that you neglected to mention- for example, I don't think that Luna ever tells Usagi to say "Moon prism power, make up!" And I still think that "You're a soldier! You know how to fight!" and then all of a sudden she's doing crazy moves... that's pretty messed up too.
But enough about Sailormoon. And I am also pretty pissed about Winter Sonata for the record. I shall beat Faisal for recommending it.

About the flaws you mentioned: I've read stories where the cats just tell the senshi "You should know the words - say them!" and they remember them without being specifically told because they are reincarnations. So either it was that, or Luna told her during the time off camera between that scene where she disguised herself and the scene where she confronted Naru's mom.
The crazy fighting moves thing was definitely messed up, because even being a reincarnation, I wouldn't think her body would remember how to do stuff like that so suddenly.
