ahh so things have happened
we were told after i posted lasttime that we were getting a pup its just we couldnt get a hold of the landlord for permision. so we found him and got permision and we set up the date for the home visit. the place was amazingly clean. steve did so much work the place was imaculate. the day of the home visit the furnace wasnt working so it was freeszing in there. and the pipes in the kitchen froze from the cold.
well we got the furnace working and pipes working to and i was at work so steve did the home visit. the lady said the place was great and she would contact us that night with the time we could get the pup. 20mins after she left steve got an email that told him that we werent getting the pup. he called her and asked what was going and she said that we were denyed because our home was a hazard to the pup. and if we bothered to clean the place up they would come back for another visit.
so nuff said we cant get it. what bothered me the most was that they said that we would hurt the pup. my mom told me that as a child i was always bringing home injured animlas to make them better. also anyone who knows me i would give my life before i hurt an animal. to rescue an animal who had been abandoned like that was something i have always wnated to do but i was enver in the position before to do anything about it but now i can. and i get denyed because the lady said she was there for the puppys. well spca is $150 for a pup who is nutered, and all needled up and microchiped. they are $175 and you only get some of the needles and no nutering. i am the only one who did the leg work by calling evryone underthe sun to track down the pups.
so needles to say heather and steve are both incredibly disapointed and hurt by this.
but do you know what he did for me the other day? he went out and found the entire season of gundam wing including the movie and got it for me from blockbuster! he hates anime! but he sat and watched it with me. hes so great! i love him so much and i love him more and more reach day. were thinking of seeing if we can get a free pup with somekind of shepard in it from someone who is giving one away.
i miss melissa and julia so much. i am hoping once things calm down i can have them both over some sunday or monday as i am off both days. its just i either dont have time or i really havent had the energy to do anythign since i got sick. and with everything else going on some days its really hard just got get out of bed.
