It has been far too long since I've made a panicked LJ post about evil spiders. So, here's one about my pet theory that the huntsman population is slowly migrating towards me.

So, fandom has been flailing due to this shitty LJ redesign - which makes as much sense as Starfire's new look in the reboot, IMHO - but apparently, there is more.

A pet peeve of mine is when people count down like so:

Three, two, one ... one and a half, one and three-quarters ...

They do this because they want to drag out the "zero" moment.
Well, they're doing it wrong.

One and a half is more than one.
One and three-quarters is more than one and a half.

The person is no longer counting down, but up.

Final Rating: 4.5 out of 10.

Quick Summary: Movie adaptation of the popular cartoon, Avatar: The Last Airbender. When the world is set out of balance with fire overpowering the other elements, it's up to the young Avatar, master of all forces, to reset the way of things.

( All-in-all, this movie was pretty to look at, but everything else sucked. A lot. Watch the cartoon, not the movie. )
