once again...it's been forever
so. word to my friends. and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to adam!!! not too too much has been goin' on with me. summer has officially started. today was the first day of may term classes. i'm taking canoeing althoug we're only going 2 nights for 3 hours each night. it should be super fun. i'm pretty sure it will be the highlight of my entire summer. i started my full-time schedule at the library on thursday. it's actually a lot better to work here during the summer than during the school year. there's a lot more stuff to do and a lot fewer people (although i like people...and i kinda miss them). speaking of missing people...i can sure tell it's summer 'round here. there isn't a single car in the freshman or sophomore parking lot. plus, steph and jodi and mags left. thank goodness jenni's still here for another couple of days. i think i'm gonna go back to the house tonight to finish cleaning the floors (that was my job) and then i think we might go back to my apartment or stay at the house and watch a movie. and on thursday laura invited me to go see stars wars with her and her husband. that'll be fun. i'm so glad i don't have to go home and be alone tonight though. i think i'd cry. i've already cried quite a bit about everyone leaving me for the summer. and i know that it's going to be an empty summer...but, fyi...emptiness = painfulness. seriously. remember when i had the incredibly huge breakdown during interterm??? yeah. it feels like that all over again. only i think i'm handling it better this time. alright well i guess i'll read now. since i am at work and since i do work in a library. :P later skids!
