Summary: For lost_in_108 prompt #27: forgotten. Cindy is only able to forget her life pre-crash once she meets Lennon.
Zach and Emma recognised her when she was reunited with them at last. They hadn’t forgotten her, although from what Cindy understood, it was almost as though they had forgotten their mother (apparently they’d talked a lot about her at first, but that had stopped.)
In the early days, Cindy almost envied their ability to forget their life before the island. She knew it wasn’t going to be so simple for her to forget her home in Australia…or to forget Gary.
Then she’d been taken to the Temple, to where she’d met Lennon, and it wasn’t long before she could barely remember wanting another life with anyone else.
