That's one thing that I'm disappointed was never covered on the show - Jin would surely have asked about his child, and what do we get instead? More triangle pouting.

You're right, so many of them have reasons to wish Jack's plan wouldn't work. I think most of us fans believe that it *didn't* work, or at least not the way Jack thought it would. This was an interesting interpretation. I liked this line, "Did none of you hear what I said about causing the incident you were supposed to prevent?. I'm 99% sure that Miles was right about that. I'm intrigued to see where they go from here.

I'm convinced he's right myself - I still think it's gonna be a "one that could have been" premiere ending with the "We're not in DHARMA any more, Toto" revelation, but I'm intrigued myself!

I'm thinking now about other people's reasons for not wanting it to work - Miles, for instance, might never have encountered his father (maybe that's one for the Miles request from today?)

This was great!

Firstly, you had Sawyer written perfectly hahahahaha. I could just hear him speaking exactly the way he did here - so good work there, because i find it really hard to write him in character. Same goes for Hurley, he was awesome.

I liked the turn this fic took. When it said season 6 speculation, i didn't thnk it would be about something intimate and personal like the renationship between Jin/Sun. It just puts the epic finale into perspective. We're not just mending time here, we're mending relationships.

The thing I most disliked about S5 was the fact that Jin and Sun were separated for so long and then didn't even get their reunion at the end. While I wasn't a fan of DHARMA anyway, for me the fact that they were in different times frustrated me more. And while I hope they are back together in S6, it's like I've had Jin say, I don't want them to be reunited in that way.

Glad you feel Sawyer worked here, he's someone I do sometimes find hard to give dialogue to!
