This is an interesting idea, and I love that you chose to explore it with Astrid. She deserves the sort of attention you've given her in this fic. It's so crushing to think of her being relegated back into the role of lab assistant.

Oh, it's always great to see Astrid fic, and this is a terrific look at this particular circumstance. It really does hurt to see her being "just the assistant" again, and this fic reflects that perfectly.
