As Sun listened to Hurley muttering the cover story under his breath to get it straight in his head, then cursing as he got something wrong and then about the fact that he had to tell it anyway, she wished she had spoken out against the story like he had.
In a way, it was easier for him, because to persuade him to go along with it, he’d been allowed to admit that he’d known Charlie and Libby. But Sun had to deny that those last few happy months with Jin ever happened. Hurley was the only one who understood that. Sun wished they had listened to him.
