I think I let a couple of Monday's slip by, But I haven't quite given up yet on my mission to accomplish every Monday, in fact I'm about to get ahead. I am still actually working on the whole emergency kit thing. It is definitely a go, and a necessity in my home, but where to put it I think is the bigger question. It will be one of those Mondays that'll just have to keep reoccurring for me. Let's say... it should take me until the end of March. I plan on taking some much needed vacation time that month, and if I do nothing else, getting my life together and looking to the future is always on the top of the list. So the Monday after that is all about eating healthy. I am a curvy girl, and I like it- but I don't want to go any further than that and get all blob-by. More importantly- I just want to be healthy, and feel good. I hate the way my body feels when I'm too tired or stressed- It's like I'm not working properly anymore, and about to literally ware out. For a good while lately, I've been thinking of my body like a computer or a machine. All of my little parts must be paid attention to, and finely tuned in order for the whole thing to work. Anyway, my boyfriend and I have for a long time- as often as we can- made healthier alternative food selections when shopping or eating out. I honestly love my salads to be as big as my meals. I have no problem eating good food, I just have some issues getting rid of the bad. But If I'd have to cut out one more thing that will help me to eat better- it is going to have to be french fires. I'll let you know how that goes.
