IT'S A GIRL.
(For all those of you who, once confronted with the statement, "It's a girl!" asked, "What's a girl?"... my sister's baby is a girl.)
Seven pounds two ounces and nineteen inches long. Ten fingers, ten toes.
We were really hoping for a girl.
Thought it would be a boy. (Though we didn't know for sure, 'casue we don't ever want to know until it's born. Superstition and all. That's why I won't know the name until the naming ceremonies.)
YAY.
On an unrelated note, I am on my way to inventing rissoto. Yum.
