Rocked the Chest, Shoulders and Tris today. It was a pretty damn good workout. Really flew by though. In no time, I was doing the last couple exercises and wondering what the hell happened.
Definitely improved in a couple spots and did THIRTY FIVE chair dips. That was pretty brutal. Sure happy to be sipping on my recovery drink right now. Abs were pretty solid today too. Next time, if I feel this good when abs are coming up, I'm going to just pause the video for each exercise and make sure I do all 25, even if it takes me a little longer. The Pfifer Scissors, Heels to Heaven and the Sides are the only 3 that are stopping me from having a perfect Ab Ripper X workout, and I'm tired of him saying "you just did 339 ab exercises" when I've only done 320ish.
