Rocked the Yoga today. Didn't even start it til 11:15 though!! Had some stiffness to start, but it faded. I'm definitely getting more flexible and more secure in my poses. When we do the one-leg, seated hamstring stretch, I can grab my heel and almost get my forehead to my knee. Kind of just more flexible all around. Looking forward to the rest week, but at the same time, I feel like kicking some ass too. I guess there'll be more asskicking next week.
