20 & 21/90

 Did my rest day on sunday, and did kenpo yesterday.  Will admit that my body is pretty ricketty today.  Just can feel some of the stress we've put on it from 21 days of straight workin out.  This week, even though we will still be doing all kinds of workouts, will be a welcome "rest".  Gonna have a laptop down in the islands and will have a full update when I get back on each day.  Ofcourse I dont leave till thursday morning, so will get today and tomorrow's workouts in still.
