Mmm, perfect Friday. Great cheap Chinese food in the International District, and the Von Foxies birthday show with Kate. I fall in love with them again every time I see them.

Fresh made pastry dough chilling in the fridge. Hopefully that will turn out okay. Pastry always seems too delicate and fiddly for me to futz with.
