It's a great site. I don't know that I'll agree with every single thing he has to say, but I feel like I'm getting a good basis to make my own decisions from.

The thought of the sourdough bread is making me hungry, it would go so well with the lamb ragout I am planning for tomorrow. Of course, that's why it would never work for me - the only time I'd make the starter is when I want the bread and sourdough just doesn't work like that.
