Suck for being flat broke!
Eh, whatever, I'm not too sad about it, actually. I'm trying to train myself to be better with money, which includes not compulsively spending it, so not actually having money will be good practice. Seriously, though - I just went food shopping, and while there's very little I love more than the act of buying food, my only "spoil myself" purchase was a 1/2 gallon of butter pecan ice cream. I'm not used to this. Not at all.
I lie, actually. I can't say that. I did buy my Type-O-Negative ticket today. For next Wednesday. And I did get everything I needed for the next week, as far as essentials (bills, rent, cigarettes, food) so I really can't complain. I even still have a little bit of money left over. I guess what I mean is that I didn't buy a million CDs this week like I normally do. Just one. I won The Legendary Pink Dots' "The Golden Age" off of EBay this week. It's quite possibly my absolute favorite LPD album, and it was my introduction to them (through Blacklist and all...). I used to have it burned, but it was lost with my CD book a while ago. It's okay, I wanted it original, anyway.
Band practice never happened tonight - again. This time I'm not too sure why. God, this is frustrating.
