Lots done today

30 minutes eliptical ~2.75 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 60 pounds seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at lat pull down (100/60/60)
3 sets of 20 reps at 65 pounds pec fly
3 sets of 20 reps at 40 pounds chest press
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds tricep pull
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds free weight (bicel curl? no idea)

I hope to be doing this again on thursday and sunday, and then doing the eliptical a second time on sunday.
