I'm going to be a zombie today. I've had a 15 minute nap. And I have work in less than an hour

No, I know she isn't. And I do play with him lots. I sing to him, I dance with him, I get down and play with his toys with him, but sometimes he just likes to play alone, and so I let him and occupy myself with reading while watching him. The entire fic might be OotP length, but I expect it'll take me a week or two to read if I am only reading it at work when he's quietly occupying himself. With it being on my iPod, it's broken up into little 500 word sections, which take me a couple of minutes to read. So I read a little bit here and there, but mostly play with him.

I would take him outside, but I don't have a key to the apartment building they live in, nor to their apartment. Not to mention he's very sensitive to cold and she doesn't want him going outside unless he absolutely has to.

I need to get to the library at some point to check out books because there are none at their place, so I have nothing to read him, I just sit there and invent stories or tell him ones from memory. (Also, cookies won't do much good considering he has no teeth to chew them with yet, but maybe come this summer.)

Well, I also didn't wake up until 4pm last night. I tried to go to bed and couldn't sleep. I managed to get in a nap this afternoon while he was napping and I'm not tired now, but I know I'll be headed to bed a little earlier than usual tonight.
