So, high pressure steam hurts. Good to know.
There were these guys on the 635 that got locked in for 48 hours. I saw them in the T Week office with Dunkin Donuts in need of a shave. I'm not terribly sure of the specifics and I'm not going to indulge what I know. Nothing bad, potentially or otherwise. All I could think of is how hungry I'd be.
I'm almost done with this place. Joking of course. I got picked up for another program. I'm gonna be an Engineering Laboratory Technician. So, I get to stay here in South Carolina while other people on my crew get to go to a boat. Loucks got a fast attack out of San Diego. What the fuck? Loving wanted a sub out of Hawaii and got the God Damn USS Enterprise out of Norfolk, Virginia. Talk about taking it in the ass. Poor Moon is stuck with the USS Helena which will be in drydock in Maine for the next two years. A lot of people are going to the USS George Bush (Senior, he was a navy pilot in WW2). It's not even commissioned yet. So you're going to have this new fancy gadget along side the 50-year-old Enterprise (which is still faster) coming out of Norfolk the next couple of years. The only way they can get me to go on an aircraft carrier is if it's the Washington out of Japan or the next Enterpise after the current one finally gets deconned. I wonder how many reactors the next one is going to have :p
