Would anybody read this?
Makin' my second (Okay third, but I don't wanna remember my first) journal entry here. I've had an idea for a story in my head for the past few days, but I'm not sure if anyone other than my friends would be willing/interested in reading it. So, here we go with the idea.
"I had just brought the last of my boxes into my new room. My family had just moved, and now I had a sunny little room all to myself. As I was unloading boxes, I found something in the closet that I know wasn't mine. It was a fairly large wooden box, sitting on the top shelf of the closet, and it looked like it had been scribbled over by my little sister. As I pulled the box down, I tried to read the top of it, but the words were scrawly. 'Do noh Openx. Charrie Box!' was scribbled across it in what looked like crayon. I giggled a bit, as the box made me think of my own imaginary "character box" that I claimed was in my head, containing all my original characters. I ignored the warning, and opened the box up, looking inside. It was empty, except for a tiny paper note. "I warned you." I shrugged, closing the box back up and putting it back on the shelf.
"You really should listen to warnings, my dear Creator." a voice sounded from behind me. I froze in place, thinking it was one of my siblings. "Anthony, since when did your voice cha-...!" I looked back to see my brother, but instead, I was greeted with the sight of a tall man. He was at least six feet tall, with dark black hair covering the side of his face, and a gold eye catching mine. I stared for a moment, only half noticing his doctor's coat, shaking my head. "Noway, I'm dreaming. This cant be-!" I reached down into the bag I was currently unpacking, pulling out the Ball Joint Doll I had modified to be my character Damion Black. Suddenly, it hit me like a ton of bricks. As I looked up at the man, and then back at the doll, I realized they were the same man.
"Damion Drake Black, at your service, Creator." Damion bent down and took my hand, winking at me. I screamed."
I was also planning on having more of my characters become fleshy, but so far it'll just be Damion and Simon. (Want me to write a different character? Let me know!) If you're interested in this, or have any suggestions, let me know! <3
