Ok, so I've been hired to be a "junior leader" of a bunch of teenagers who are clearly totally uninterested in anything I have to say. I am clearly not interested in leading them. I think they are all pretentious, clique-ey little rat-faced gits that share brains, and they (correctly) assume I am some washed up semi-alcoholic college grad whom they (incorrectly) assume they will be nothing like when they are my age. So how do I build a bridge of understanding and Christian love between us when all I want to do is punch the girls in their sternums and make the boys shit themselves and then laugh?
