It's funny how some words in some subcultures and by subcultures I mean "dorky after school activities" aren't as funny as they are to outsiders. Overuse in context makes them unfunny.
Examples:
"Breast" in swim team culture. The following phrases are common and no one laughs at them.
-"A fifty yard breast."
-"I hate breast!"
-"Can you help me work on my breast?"
"Fingering" in band culture.
-"I'm terrible at fingering!"
-"The fingering on this is hard."
-"Were you fingering that right?"
