I'm hairy
That's what happens when I don't trim my beard for two weeks or shave for three days.
Stupid strep throat had me down in bed since Tuesday night, but the doc gave me a big ol' shot in my butt Thursday that took care of it. Eating a full meal never felt so good as it did Friday night.
School's the usual - practicing, studying, writing a paper here and there. The same ol', not too exciting. Juries come up in early December where I've gotta play all my music (memorized) in front of the 3 piano faculty and one outside observer. Should go fine. The upside is that once that's over, I only have my theory exam to get over with then I'm done for a long Christmas break.
My family moved from our house in Russet Woods this week. We're now in Long Leaf Lake, a really scenic little neighborhood about 2-3 more miles down Shades Crest past where it crosses Morgan Road. The house is really cozy, a lot more wood, and has a lot more privacy. The hills and the trees in this fall are wonderful. You all will have to come and visit.
Well, off to the practice room. Haven't been able to practice since Tuesday. The music I'm playing is really nifty, by the way.
