In light of ...certain recent events, this recipe seems particularly appropriate. Duke Vox, this one's for you!

Cheese Balls

• 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, at room temperature
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
• 1 tsp. pimiento
• 1 tbsp. minced bell pepper
• 1 tbsp. minced onion
• 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 2-3 drops Tabasco
• Pinch of garlic powder
• 1 cup finely chopped nuts on a plate

Mix everything together except the nuts. Shape into two balls. Roll in nuts until covered, chill until firm.
