I am going to post my final say about the NDN thing and then I am going to let it go. I am pretty pissed off that I was told it would be 3 thousand dollars to get a headstone and have it set for NDN's gravesite. I thought from the minute I was told this that it was bullshit. Turns out I am right. I called the cemetery and they told me it was 28.00

Who's putting it on... what costs what... who's doing what.

I do know a marker isn't a Gravestone.
and if Gravestones were cheap every goth would have a dozen lying around their house.

I find it amazingly shitty that he doesn't have something... anything already.

Where did you hear the $3000.00 from? Did I miss a post?
or is that just word of mouth. Though I have never priced one...
I do not doubt for one second that a decent headstone costs that much.

I wasn't asked to be one of the acts, and I didn't volunteer.
I was planning on just going and hanging out.
Not sure how my name got on the bill, of course I'll do it.

I'm deeply troubled by your accusation that the "acts" are taking money from this.
The "acts" are some of NDN's best friends.
Without proof... to cast doubt on the morals of his closest friends... ... .

I can't speak for the others, but this really hurts me and makes me unbelievably sad.
Teary eyed and all sniffle-y sad.

Certain things must be paid for. Renting the Venue and such.
If it comes to light that some of the "acts" have demanded compensation,
I'll join you in your upsettedness, and wonder why they were allowed on the bill.

Until then... I'd ask you either not to lump us all together like that,
or not accuse any of us of stealing from a dead friend.

I thought it would be expensive too. When I started checking even the huge marble headstones with marble flower stands and what not were only about 700.00. Do I hope that no one is taking a profit from it? Sure. I asked about why I was told 3 K by crispy and he never answered me. Look, I hate the fact that someone might use this as gaining ground. It does happen. do I think it would happen in our group? Hope not. But I don't see anyone standing up saying here is an itemization of what it is going to be. There are people in our group who don't have a mean bone in their body and there are those that are waiting for you to turn around so they can screw you. I just want people to be straight up. That's all I ask. 3k is insane for what this is for and I just want people to think about it.
