(no subject)
Yesterday we managed to put in 6 windows in no time. Today made up for all that progress. We got only one of the windows trimmed out. We did work out how they should look, and all the wood is cut for the others, but it's still discouraging.
Tomorrow is Kirby's due date and she's DONE, with a capital D O N E. She's telling me she doesn't like being pregnant past her due date. I don't know how she knows since she's never been, but I guess I'll have to take her word for it.
Work tomorrow, unless the snow manages to build up to several inches today. I'm not hopeful. It snowed a tiny bit earlier, but in our area it was mostly mixed with rain. Folks in the hinterlands say they got some stickage. The meteorologists are predicting as much as an inch tonight and then a couple inches tomorrow. I'm going to guess that they're wrong. Those guys are always wrong.
Meteorologist sounds like a great job. You don't ever have to be right and they keep paying you. Heck, most of them are so bored they're basically television clowns.
