Friday - It was Jenny’s day off. Finally! Since she came here 5 months ago this was her first day off cos she is not comfortable going out on her own. It’s good that she has made some friends here. Wow I like your journal so concise yet I totally get what you are trying to record...i should try to be less long winded too.

Sometimes if your hubby seems abit "off" then juz complain to him during "good times" so he thinks you are just "der-ing" him? And maybe he will try to remember...ahhaha

hope your ear feels better. The basketball game sounds so fun!
hope Jenny finds some friends too!

i feel the same too... i think we get less and less sensitive to each other's feelings as time goes along... also, cos we are so preoccupied with so many other things in life. recently i was packing some of our old stuff away (cos doing up the bb room) and i found our old letters and cards to each other... we used to express our love and encourage each other all the time.. we seldom do that now... mebbe only on special occasions ( ... )

Yeah.. I really miss the times when we're young with not much worries, no kids, still as lovey dovey... now it's more like taking each other for granted and with ty around, we had even less time for each other. (I don't even have much time for myself!) Actually I myself am guilty for spending less attention on Siong. I think it takes more effort to make a marriage work compared to dating cos ppl tends to take each other for granted after marriage.

yah, sometimes i think abt whether it will get 'worse' when the bb arrives... i even asked alv if he'll still hold my hand when we have bb next time (cos you always see parents holding the bb's hand), mushy i know, but i HAVE to ask... and of coz he said yes, and he also told me that bb won't be with us forever, while we will be with each other forever... wah lau, almost make me want to cry...
