i hate not being able to talk to people you once told everything. it makes you wonder if your friendships now will turn out that way. people must go their separate ways, it's a part of growing up, i know. and it just has to be that way... but i wish when we all got back together we could magically speak freely as if we were old friends with new ( Read more... )

Hi Tina :)
I know it's been ages, but what better post to comment on than this one?

I've always thought it was interesting how people can grow apart. It's also funny how after months, or even years, of not seeing someone, there are always those people that you can just pick up right where you left off, though.

And on that note, I'm kind of stoked for the first high school reunion I can attend.

Hope all is well, and hope you're enjoying the holidays!

hi michelle :)

i remember you and your other partner in crime. we made the shovel-ly lego robot together...

i see from your post that you've graduated? early, i guess. that's awesome and a bit crazy at the same time. because once you all graduate, i have to follow soon. but congratulations!

do we have high school reunions?

It's the truth. Graduation is a bit weird... but I'm coping so far.

and YES, there are High School reunions! Haven't you ever seen the film Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997)? Ok, bad example, but people are always talking about how they need to "slim down" for theirs, or how they hope the popular people have gained an unseemly amount of weight.

haha, that would be amusing. i always though high school reunions were for schools like exeter or something, where they dress in fancy clothes and look down on each other... i didn't think everyone had high school reunions?
