Stiles lives at the beach

Hey! I am looking for a fic where Stiles and Allison are besties and live at the beach and decide to sneak out one night and Allison either drowns or is attacked by a shark and dies. Stiles becomes very depressed/angry. I think derek is new to town and they meet and its a whole thing.
