Raphael rapes stiles??

Im looking for a story where I believe stiles is 16 years old. Raphael has been raping him when stiles comes over the house. Stiles hides his clothes that has evidence on them and I believe Derek finds them and gives them to the sheriff. I also remember that stiles stole money from Raphael to get his head shaved because Raphael would pull on his hair. He tells the sheriff and stiles is made to pay back the money by doing housework for Raphael.

Im so sorry this is a mess and all over the place, but thats just what I remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
