Sterek fic where Scott almost kills Derek and Stiles has magic

Sterek fic where I think Stiles has been sick, and he and Derek have been staying with another pack - friends of the Hales? - and Scott shows up and attacks Derek, almost killing him. Stiles has a staff (maybe magical) and possibly stops Scott with his magic. He yells at Scott for almost killing "the love of his life." The alpha of the pack keeps Derek alive, with the help of others so she doesn't lose her alpha spark. I think after that Scott is kept under guard in a shed. The pack is angry that Scott attacked someone under their protection, and maybe Derek is asked to decide what should be done with Scott?
