“I’m sure she’s into bondage”

Hm. Well that was a good, perfectly decent episode and everything seemed more or less back to normal, but I was kind of bored in parts. That was probably just me.

Cuddy as House was annoying the crap out of me until about halfway through, and then I thought she was okay again. Mostly after she faced off with House in the surgery and threatened to electrocute him, and he jumped back all shitscared. Nice.

Chase: *on Cuddy* Stopping the madness is her job!

Coming into Chase and Cameron's procedure and telling Cameron what to do was irritating. Loved Cameron's WTF?annoyed expression.

I’ll agree with what others were saying - why is it okay for Cuddy to act like this and everything miraculously works out for the best, but when Cameron gets involved she ends up missing something or annoying the shit out of everyone until House figures out what the problem is and makes her look incompetent and unprofessional.  It just… annoys me.

Yeah, and I’ll say it now and you can all disown me - I really want Cameron to fall for Chase. Mostly because that last scene between them was really, surprisingly sweet, considering how she was treating him for the majority of the episode, and because she’s coming off really badly when she's oblivious to his feelings.

Cameron: When did she take this picture of you? You look so…
Chase: Smiling. I have a nice smile.
Cameron: No, I’ve never seen you like this. She got you to glow. What were you doing?
Chase: *evasive* I always glow.

I was kind of finding it weird that everyone assumes she's the vulnerable one. When Cuddy told her she was going to get hurt and not Chase, I actually laughed out loud. And that Cuddy/Cameron scene was… a tad hypocritical. I mean at least Cuddy cared enough to say something, and fair enough, they were doing it in her hospital, but still. Man those two have some tension. I always love that. "I would hate to see my personal life become such a burden to you."

The gossip/reveals about their relationship were quite funny.

House: Chase just agreed with her because he didn’t want to lose his all access pass to her love rug.
Cuddy: They’re sleeping together?
House: If by sleeping together you mean having sex in the janitor's closet…
Cuddy: Here?!
House: No, the janitor's closet at the local high school. Go Tiger Cats!!! You got one of those camera phones, because I’ve got a myspace account.

HA.

Chase? Awwww. He’s in love with her. And it’s so cute. Poor guy. He needs to find a slightly healthier girlfriend.

I think he might be my favourite character right now. He’s the only one who hasn‘t acted like an ass for a good long time.  And it’s not as if he’s ever done anything particularly bad anyway. If you ask me some of the things Foreman and House and Wilson have done in the past are far more unforgivable.

House… was okay. A total ass to Cameron, but I'm nt exactly surprised by his comments. He seemed more like his usual self to me. Very typical that he didn’t end up taking his vacation at the end. What was he going to do - chill on his couch with his Vicodin for a week or something?

I’m also not particularly buying the fact that we’re supposed to still like House and Cameron, and yet they act like this. Their scene in the air chamber cracked me up, but I mean… what have they done to them?  Suddenly they’re back to very season 1-like behaviour. And to tell you the truth, even if something big does happen at the end of the year, I really hope they give us some more build up beforehand. If it suddenly just turns and we’re expected to go along with it, I’m going to be annoyed. They can do better than that.

And lastly, the fetus scene was very heart-stopping and lovely (despite the fact that it was on Scrubs already) but… I don’t like where this is going. The baby anvils were everywhere. That would be the weirdest place they could ever take this show, and I’m not entirely convinced they won’t do it.

Other than that, um, yay Wilson and Cuddy. He’s her Cuddy! Heh. And Cuddy running the differential was amusing.

I don’t know, it was good but I’m blanking out on discussion points. I think I was too spoiled for this one to properly enjoy it.

Where the fuck was Wilson all episode though?

It’s bad that I don’t really care I’m going to miss this next week, isn’t it?
