Was it a Dream?
This morning i had a dream that my apartment in savannah was lot bigger and older than it it is. Filled with antiques and smelling of moth balls. Its far from that in reality. But my dream didn't start there. I was at kristen harnetts house. The livingroom was 3 times its normal size and random people i knew from high school were there. Jim Grasso, Brad Jackson, Meagan Cline, Kristen Harnett, Kathleen Flemming, Nicole Schaeffer and some of kristens friends, like joceyln and matty. This is where the dream gets even more bizzare; Like she used to do in Jr. High Meagan cam over and picked on me. Taking my twizzlers and violently hitting me. I got so fed up, i hit her back, but she wouldn't stop. So when we left 'kristens liviingroom' her mother came out to tell us to stay, I made a comment and everyone went 'ooooooooooh.' In my dream I said jibberish. Who knows.
So Nicole schaeffer and I go back to my apartment with some random girl with frizzy blonde hair and now two new additions have tagged along. One of my best freinds Kat Yantz and Nora Russo. We walk inside my apartment and I see my mother leaving. I tell her that I can't go home to NY, or live at home there either. I have to stay w/ my gandparents in the hamptons to escape childhood memories. My mother just says talk to ur grandparents. The girls never asked what was wrong. Now were inside my really old apartment which looks alot like the one from a movie I saw, 'The squid & the Whale.' Anyway we're all inside and random ppl from college are hanging out as well. I can't remember who...one of those missing pieces from the dream I guess. But it was so hot and when I went to the themostat to change the temperature it was so old fashioned looking i had no clue how to do it. I replied 'It's so easy! Usually I keep it on the same setting and turn it on, I don't understand.' I get so fed up that i leave and end up on a cliff on the beach.
Here's where the dream ended...I'm standng on this cliff and looking at the ocean. I don't recal ever being on the beach before but the ocean is a light blue color and the sky is the color of 'evening.' There are two docks. One with a hut and one without. The one without a hut has a boat. A dingy. I decide to fall asleep in this little crack from on the wall of this cliff. It's so comfortable so I just sleep. I wake up and it's lighter out, maybe mid-afternoon. I stand up on this mini cliff off the wall of this bigger cliff wher I slept like a baby. I look down and there's 3 feet between me and the sand. i jump off. I run to the boat and get in. It starts sink and I can't grab hold of the oars. Suddenly my dad coems from nowhere. I think I started to wake up here because everything gets foggy. So my dad tells me it okay he'll fix the boat I can go home. By now it's morning and the sun is really hot. I look back and the boat is afloat and my dad is talking to another person asking about the boat.
