You know what's depressing? This semester is almost exactly like last semester, just different. I have physics, same time same place. I believe I have math at the same time (I can't remember since I didn't really go to lectures) but it's definitely the same place, as is the discussion section. At least I have logic to spice up my life.
...
The fact that I can make that statement is kinda depressing as well.
I've probably said this before, but I'll say it again: Lindon LaRouche is a total douche (Rhyme ^_^). Although, getting into arguments with the students trying to further his campaign is always a good source of amusement. Fun Fact: trying to further the idea that nobody really knows anything is not a good political move.
For some reason, physics has been really easy this semester, so far. This time last year it was like, "calculate the number of molecules in the atmosphere, assuming the atmosphere follows the ideal gas law." This semester it's like, "If an electromagnetic wave is traveling at the speed of light, and has a frequency of 50 Hz, what is its wavelength?" (Hint: devide the velocity by the frequency.) Of course, it will get harder once we get into quantum mechanics. (Fun Fact: Nobody understands quantum mechanics.) Plus, it's very amusing in that my physics professor is a NERD nerd. He has the glasses thing, the funky hair, the dress style. He's not full blown red suspenders and a pocket protector nerd, but he comes pretty damn close.
So, yeah. Comin' home this weekend, as my mother will be in town anyways, so I have an easy ride. 'S about it.
