Hmm..where to start? It just feels like each day is getting better and better. And it's funny, because there are so many things that I know are SUPPOSED to bother me, yet don't.
Our adjudication was beautiful...he has absolutely nothing bad to say, minus a 30 second long lapse in energy during the Psalms scene...Huzzah!
Paul's Mmmbeth play, while not the best peice...ok..not even good, was at least really funny. I totally creamed myself over the lights in paradICE, which was an interesting look at the homeless perspective...I mean, they had a lighting team of FOUR people though, that's nuts..but so pretty...MUST find out how they did that..I have theories..
The play about being stuck in a play was an excellent concept, but it could have used a little more meat...just maybe 5 minutes worth.
I had sushi for dinner..yum! I said screw it to the MSG, I was hungry.
Did I mention that the adjudicator said my lighting was Flawless? WEll there we go. I asked him if there was anything he would change, and he said he loved it, it fit the play perfectly.
I met the most amazingly cool person ever.
So yeah, I'm totally feeling great these days, even the constant pain I'm in can't get me down lately. I mean, it sucks what with the not sleeping...but I'm making it through alright...I don't know how I would have gotten through this week without my painkillers. Next week I'll have to start resorting back to other painfighting methods, but right now I have commitments I have to force myself to keep.
Bald Soprano is tomorrow, I'm excited, even though I'm only there to lend a hand if needed, since that play has much less experienced grew. Plus, it's blairs first time having to program for sears, he's a wee bit nervous, but I think he'll be fine.
gotta say, with that gal hanging off your arm...I should feel mad or upset or something right? but I'm not really, I mean, I could do with a wee bit less glaring and dirty looks everytime they walk by, but meh, what can you do.
Well, I'm off to work for a few hours, than it's tech at 12, fun stuff, and shows! Wee!
