I have an apartment!!
Wes, a classmate of mine, and I found, and are signing a lease for, a killer apartment here in Minneapolis. It's 2 bedroom/1 bath, new IKEA kitchen cabinets, new carpet, really nice inside ... Here's the coolest bit: EVERYTHING is included in the rent -- heat, water, trash, and electricity! And free WiFi access!
This is too cool for words....
Now, onto the job search. Gotta get more aggressive about that.

Well, the US is out of the World Cup. Dammnit. It looked co close until Ghana got a penalty kick from a bullshit call from the ref. Not that I'm bitter.... Gotta hand it to Ghana, though. They simply played better than we did.
Now to see how well England, Italy and Brazil do in their next rounds.
