the 3rd entry...
Ok so we went running and it was beyond pouring outside, but those runs are definitely the most fun. I actually knew where I was going too and we did the whole riverside loop really really fast and in the time it usually takes me to do this loops in a little over an hour, it only took us a total of 40 minutes. That was probably not the brightest idea on account of my muscles are more sore and tight than they've ever been in my life. The guy I ran with was a little shy I think, even though hes super sarcastic around everyone else. We didn't say much during the run, and mostly it was me blurting out the 1st dumbass comment or question that came to mind. At one point I asked, 'so, have you ever stepped on a bird before?' He just looked at me blank-faced and I was like uhhhh....I have? I'm so awkward. But after hes like 'wow, that was the longest and fastest run I've done since I was 13, like I was dying.' Then we just went our seperate ways back to the dorms. Seriously, why am I so awkward??? I want to hang out w/ him more because hes an actual decent guy but wow, I think I blew it today w/ my bird comment.
After the run I got a call from Greg and we talked for a while on the phone, and then I had to shower fast and book it over to public speaking. That class is such a joke so far. Today she just talked to us forever about breakfast and then we got into groups of 5 people and made a poster board with crayon drawings of Fire Saftey. Our group had to make a fire safety board for pre-schoolers so we just went around and drew fire trucks and firemen with crayons. Halfway through I was like you guys...what the hell are we doing? It was so funny/random but apparently it had to do with visual aids or something.
Then I had bio right after speech, but I realized I had forgotten this clicker thing we were maybe using in class so I ran across campus, with my backpack back to my dorm and grabbed it and left and ran again. I think 10 people I passed pointed and laughed at me because I looked like such a freak running w/ my big backpack while everyone else was walking. I made to bio barely on time since I only had 10 minutes left between class, but I made it, and we didn't even need that damn clicker. How embarrassing. The hour dragged on and on and on and finally it ended. One of the nice guys I met at that dance thing finally talked to me in that class and even remembered me name. I thought he had completley forgotten and was sad.
After class I went and ate dinner at 4:00, it was excellent. I hadn't eaten much before that.
But for now, I'm gonna go watch tv. And procrastinate like non other.
P.S. THE OC IS ON IN ABOUT AN HOUR!! I'm so pumped. Anyway, so long all, and I miss you all a ton!!!
