Man! Yes, I can see how foot traffic kind of sucks -- it's smack in the middle of City Hall, the Opera House, an expensive movie theatre, and not all that many other stores. But they draw in large crowds for their book signings, and when I've gone in for not-book-signings, the place has always had a number of customers.
*Sigh* This is sad -- it's one of my favorite bookstores. And yes, I have spent a whole lot of money there.
